Ordering Live Animals
We do not ship animals anywhere outside of the U.S.
We will constantly update our store and remove any animals that has been sold. Note all the animals in the photo are the individual that is for sale. Animals may be put on hold for 3 days without a deposit. If the full payment is not received after 3 days, the animal will be placed back for sale. We perfer PayPal for our payments. Juvenile leopard geckos are very difficult to tell the gender so we cannot guarantee the sex of the animal.
After the payment is received, we will arrange your shipment. We will ship the animal to you ASAP, but we prefer to ship Mondays through Wednesdays, with the package arriving on Tuesdays through Thursdays. We will contact you 3 days before your package arrives, and it should be present at your front door 3 days after our message. There must be an adult at home to receive and unpack the package. We ask you to message us back within 3 hours that the package has arrived (please include the time you unpacked the package). Animals are shipped in a Styrofoam insulated box, and heat or cold packs added as necessary. Please note that the prices listed are for the animals ONLY. The shipping charge varies in location and service. This charge includes the cost of the box, packaging materials, and actual shipping cost. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to extreme weather conditions.
We guarantee a live arrival as long as an adult will be home to receive and unpack the package ASAP. We cannot guarantee you a live arrival if the package has been sitting on your porch for hours. We make sure that our animals are happy, healthy, and well fed before we put them up for sale. If the animal is dead when the package is opened, you must send us a clear digital photo of it in order to get a replacement or a refund if other animals are not available. The shipping cost is NOT refundable.
We can refuse the sale of any of our animals for any reason for the safety and well being of them. We will decide whether the return policy applies to the reptile that you believe is harmed, unhealthy, or in bad condition. We serve the right to refuse any guarantee due to improper care and husbandry. After one hour from receiving the package, buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased reptile.
After shipment you have 3 days till your warranty ends. If the reptile dies during that period you must send us a clear digital photo of the deceased animal.If that does happen we will refund your money completely except for shipping. If the animal becomes sick you must send us a video or picture, and/or a vet invoice. If that may happen you may ship the gecko back and we will exchange the gecko or refund your money. Again all money except for shipping. This warranty voids if the animal is not taken care of at the right terms, enclosure food water, etc.
